Good to know
Randevos does not process payments on your behalf and does not collect money from your customers. Money goes directly to you; the finance pages here keep the record of it.
Income and invoices
On the Income and Invoices page you record the money you collect: amount, date, payment method and optionally the customer. You can turn a record into an invoice, write its line items, pick a design, download the PDF, share its link, or email it to a customer on file.
Good to know
In invoice settings you decide which fields are required. Randevos AI asks only for the required fields you enabled; it never asks the customer for a field you left off.
Income and expenses
On the Income and Expenses page you record money in and money out with categories; use the ready made ones or add your own. The cash flow chart shows your six month balance and breakdown. Your profit figure is only as accurate as what you record here.
Payments: bank transfer tracking
On the Payments page you add your IBANs, send the customer a payment request with a reference, and collect incoming receipts. When a receipt arrives you approve or reject the request, and add approved ones to your income in one click. The money goes straight to your own bank account; this page only keeps the record.
Payroll
The Payroll page computes salaries gross to net or the reverse, with all tax and social security items. Pick the employee, enter the amount and any bonus; the breakdown shows deductions, net take home and total employer cost. Tax settings hold the country and rates, and saved payslips collect in the list.
Reports
The Reports page is your business in numbers: income, expenses, payroll cost and net profit; breakdowns by payment method and category; busy days and hours; your no show rate. Pick a date range, export CSV or print. The AI reads these numbers for you every week and comments on them; see the AI business report and AI financial report pages.
