Services, the menu and the booking page
What you sell, and the public pages where customers see it.
Services
The Services page lists everything you sell: name, duration and price. Your booking page and Randevos AI read exactly this list. You can create categories to group services; your menu shows the same order. Photos you add appear in the menu designs.
- A price can be shown four ways: a fixed amount, "from" pricing, a price range, or "call for price".
- You can close a service for booking: it stays on the list but customers cannot pick it.
- Enter realistic durations; the booking page computes free slots from them.
The booking page and the menu
The Booking and Menu page manages the public page your customer sees. Customers book and see your prices without creating an account. The two tabs share the same link name.
- Copy the link into your Instagram profile or WhatsApp; download the QR code and print it for the door, tables or business cards.
- Choose what the customer sees: price, duration, staff selection. Turn the "Book now" button off and the page becomes a price menu only.
- On the Menu tab pick one of twenty designs and check it in the live preview.
Good to know
When you change a price or a service the page updates by itself; you do not need to share the link again.
Forms
On the Forms page you build the forms your customers fill in: consent, surveys, intake. Add questions to build the form, then share its link or QR code; customers fill it in without logging in and every response collects in one list under Responses.
