Growth: campaigns, loyalty and winback

The tools that bring customers back and win new ones.

Good to know

One rule covers all marketing sends: messages go only to customers who gave marketing consent. You store consents with proof on the Consents page; while that page is empty your campaigns reach very few people.

Campaigns

From the Campaigns page you send bulk announcements and offers: name, sender name, audience (everyone, registered customers or a segment) and the message text. Custom text is submitted for review first; it cannot be sent until approved. You can also add automations with rules, for example customers with five or more appointments; the Calculate button shows the reach in advance.

Segments

On the Segments page you group customers by shared traits: spend, visit count, last visit, no show count. Segments are live: a customer who starts matching the rule joins by itself, and drops off when they stop matching. Member lists export to CSV.

Reminders

Reminders send an automatic message to the customer before their appointment. You pick the channel (WhatsApp, SMS or email), pick one of the ready made messages, and set how many hours in advance it goes. This is the single setting that cuts no shows the most; we recommend keeping it on.

Reviews

The Reviews page asks customers for a rating after their visit. You turn the automation on, choose the channel and how many hours after the visit it goes, and paste your Google review link. You set the star threshold for routing to Google: a customer who rates low comes to you, not to Google, so you fix the problem privately first.

Loyalty

The loyalty program rewards returning customers with points or a stamp card. You pick the mode, set the earn per visit and per spend, and fill the reward catalog with rewards and their point costs. Publish the public rewards page and download its QR so customers can see their rewards themselves.

Referrals

In the referral program both sides win when a customer brings a friend. You define the two rewards, generate a personal link for the customer and send it; incoming friends appear in the list and you mark rewards as given. Links are generated unguessably; nobody can fabricate someone else's link.

Winback

Winback calls back customers who have not visited in a while. You write a rule: away for how many days, on which channel, with what offer. "Find lapsed customers" lists everyone matching the rule; you send one by one, and the send history shows who was contacted and when.

Lucky Wheel

The Lucky Wheel is a prize wheel customers spin from a QR code. You enter the prizes and give each a weight; weights are never shown to customers. You choose who may spin and the cooldown between spins, and mark delivered prizes on the winners list.
