Settings, team and security
Business details, branches, team permissions, notifications and account security.
Business details
On the Settings page you update your business name, phone and address, and enter your invoice and tax details. Media acceptance controls in which areas customers may send images or PDFs.
Branches
If you have more than one location, you add branches from Settings and switch between them; each branch can be managed with its own details.
Team and permissions
From the Team page you invite employees by email; they set their own password from the invite. Permissions are granted section by section: calendar, customers, money, settings. You can also limit an employee to their own appointments only: leave the "See all appointments" permission off.
Good to know
Start a new employee with the least permissions; adding later is easier than clawing back an accidental grant. To hide customer phone numbers and emails from staff, use the switch on the Customers page.
Working hours and shifts
On the Shifts and Working Hours page you set opening and closing times per day, mark closed days and plan who works when. Your booking page never books outside these hours.
Notifications
In the Notifications section of Settings you choose, event by event, what you get notified about, for example a new booking or a new order.
Account security
In Account and Security you turn on two factor authentication (2FA) and view or close your active sessions. Setting up 2FA takes five minutes and is the single most effective thing you can do for your account.
Data security
Each business's data is isolated at the database level; one business can never see another's data. Sensitive actions are recorded in a tamper evident audit log.
