Tools: shape the dashboard to your business

Add Features

On the Add Features page you decide which pages exist in your dashboard. Turn off core pages you do not use and the menu gets simpler; turn on the tools that fit your business: tables, orders, memberships, refunds and more. If the tool you need is missing, write to us from the "Suggest a feature" section.

Telesekreter

Telesekreter is the voice assistant that answers your phone: it greets the caller, answers their question and books their appointment. You turn it on with the master switch, write its name and opening line, and pick its voice and language. You set the hours it answers (ranges past midnight work too) and configure the call duration limit and the daily per caller cap.

Instagram Yorum

Instagram Yorum replies to comments under your posts with AI. You sync your posts, then choose the trigger keywords and the reply mode in its settings. The tiles at the top show today's reply count and your remaining AI credit, and clicking a post shows its comments and the replies given.

• Inventory: your products and how much is left; barcode, SKU, low stock alerts, CSV import and export.
• Quotes: build professional PDF quotes, pick a design, download or share.
• Callbacks: the list of customers waiting for your call; most collect when the AI could not answer or you were closed. Assign a request to a team member and mark it resolved after the call.
• Refunds: collect and decide refund requests. The amount is deducted from sales only when you press "Complete refund"; until then you can still reject.
• Warnings: the list of people abusing the AI; per person daily caps and blocking.
