Plan and credits
Your plan, your separate credit wallets, and what happens at zero.
The Plan and Credits page brings together your plan, this month's usage and credit top ups. The strip at the top shows your plan and balances; open the usage details to track AI, WhatsApp, SMS and storage usage.
Separate wallets
Credits are not one shared pool; each use draws from its own wallet:
- AI: Randevos AI's customer replies (including the test room).
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp sends.
- SMS: SMS sends.
- Randi: your own assistant's usage.
The wallets are independent: one running out does not stop the rest. When your SMS credit runs out, Randevos AI keeps answering messages.
What happens at zero
When a wallet reaches zero, that usage stops. The system does not keep spending behind your back and bill you later; a surprise bill is structurally impossible. To continue, simply top up that wallet.
Top ups and plan changes
- From the Buy Credits section you top up only the wallet you need.
- From the Plans section you upgrade, downgrade or switch to yearly billing.
- If you have a gift code, enter it in the box to add it to your balance.
